The entrance to Daryakenar Coastal Township, as the starting point of the spatial experience for residents and visitors, has been designed with both intelligent and architectural approaches. Beyond its functional role in controlling access and traffic flow, the entrance serves as an urban
landmark that strengthens the visual identity of the township.
In line with enhancing security, traffic management, and the quality of urban services, the smart entrance project of Daryakenar Township was designed and implemented by Omid Hosseinian & Associates Engineering Group. The project was developed based on modern technologies and smart infrastructure with the objective of creating an integrated platform for monitoring and managing the entry and exit of residents, guests, and service providers.

The design includes dedicated lanes for different vehicle types, clear wayfinding and traffic signage, as well as designated areas for stopping and inspection. Traffic control processes are carried out in a highly automated manner with minimal human intervention, improving accuracy and security while facilitating smoother traffic flow and reducing waiting times at the township"s entry points.

In addition, the system enables the recording, management, and reporting of traffic data, providing more effective operational supervision and enhancing management services throughout the complex.

The project has been designed with careful consideration of technical requirements, scalability, operational sustainability, and compatibility with the township’s existing infrastructure. It represents a successful example of applying smart technologies in the management of residential and recreational communities.
